One of the main tasks of a faculty member is research and knowledge transfer. There are many procedures that require a faculty member to take part of his valuable time to follow up and approve them, which negatively affects his basic tasks. Therefore, the attendance system was an assistant to automate the procedure of attending courses and conferences for a faculty member, allowing him to submit the request electronically, then follow up on his request through the system and know the procedures that are being taken on this request. The system also allows linking with the Ministry of Higher Education regarding conference attendance to approve it and complete the work cycle of the procedures in full
